Nasi Lemak is a fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and "pandan" leaf commonly found in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Riau Islands and in Southern Thailand. Malaysia proclaims its their national and a national heritage of Malaysia, although it's widely served in other parts of the region. It is not to be confused with Nasi Dagang sold on the east coast of Malaysia or Terangganu and  although both dishes can usually be found sold side by side for breakfast. However, because of the Nasi Lemak's versatility in being able to be served in a variety of manners, it is now served and eaten any time of the day.
This has to be ordered individually.

Now with Vegetarian option and with Sambal Sauce.
Steamed and grilled the Aubergine till a perfect golden brown.
This is to avoid the excessive oil which a lot of people are concerned about.


Vegetarian option's sauce is made of chilli's, green peppers and red peppers, onion and garlic. Garnished with a garlic and onion sauce.


Sambal option (Non-Vegetarian): Dry shrimp, chilli's and other heavenly herbs also.
