Finally Uncle Lim's Kitchen participated at Malaysian Night 23 September 2011. We were selling Penang Assam Laksa, Curry Laksa, Beef Rendang and Curry Chicken.
Lots of customer come around and ask for Hainannese Chicken Rice.......sorry....due to the ;ack of equipment we are unable to prepare it onsite.
